Daybreakers (2009)
Daybreakers has an interesting take on the vampire genera, which in this case the world (or just the USA? hard to tell) is completely overrun and ruled by them, making the human race almost extinct, but the vampires still need their (our?) blood to survive and not mutate into a mindless giant bat.
A good vampire Edward Dalton (played by Ethan Hawke) is desperately trying to synthesize a blood substitute so they can stop depending on human blood.

Jolt (2021)
Kate Beckinsale movies are more often than not packed with action. This one might just have too much of it.
While the plot is interesting, a person that can’t find a way to control their own violent impulses, until she does… and then she loses it, both the solution and her restraints, then she is set to go after whoever killer her “cure”, the movie is just a bit… boring.

Boss Level (2020)
A fast paced and easy to watch sci-fi time travel movie with a pinch of romance. Frank Grillo delivers a great performance on this short, 100 minute movie, that doesn’t need much explaining, has no complicated plots and is just a chill experience.
Except for the lots of shooting, killing and dying, the movie is great and suited for most ages.
Mel Gibson takes a step back and plays the main villain of the story, but with a limited screen time delivers a good performance along with Will Sasso.
